With the aim of highlighting the many installer-led changes that have been included in the latest design of its ecoTEC plus boiler, Vaillant has partnered with Expert Trades to support the team on their Verified Build – a popular home renovation series hosted on YouTube, TikTok and other social channels. The company has supplied its brand new 36kW ecoTEC plus for Expert Trade’s latest renovation project, a 3-bedroom semi-detached house renovation in Leicestershire, purchased by the Expert Trades team at auction.

The project is now well underway, with first fix electrics and first fix plumbing completed making way for the windows, doors, roof windows, walls and floors to be put in. This was followed by the comissioning of a brand new heating system for the property – supplied by Vaillant and installed by iGas Heating.

As well as the ecoTEC plus, Vaillant has also supplied its latest innovation, myVAILLANT connect, for the project. This is a ‘plug and play’ solution that provides a connected heating system solution for the end user, enabling easier and more intuitive smart home integration. It works effortlessly with all smart-home platforms, including Apple HomeKit and Amazon Alexa. The installation also includes Vaillant’s sensoHOME heating control – with a semi-touch interface and modulating technology, so that the heating and hot water requirements for the renovated home can be controlled with ease.

Vaillant has also been following the renovation, sharing updates via their own social media channels, as well as advice and more detail on the features and benefits of a full system approach from their very own experts.
