Following a sustained period of increased demand for its hydronic solutions, Altecnic Ltd, part of the Caleffi Group, has moved into new premises in Stafford. Strategically located near Junction 14 of the M6 motorway, Francesco House provides improved transport access and boasts significantly expanded warehousing and assembly space, enabling the company to better serve its trade, OEM, and specification customers while accommodating future business growth. All Altecnic staff have successfully relocated to the new facility, ensuring a smooth transition and uninterrupted service.

The new building has been designed with sustainability at its core, integrating energy-efficient renewable energy sources and sustainable building materials. The building has achieved a BREEAM A rating and steps have been taken to reduce its environmental impact by reusing building materials, upcycling office furniture and reusing lighting in the warehouse.

There is also a new training facility, featuring product demonstrations on wet systems, designed to enhance learning and development for both staff and industry professionals.

MD Gary Perry comments: “Francesco House represents a step forward for Altecnic, showcasing our commitment to sustainability, innovation, and the future of our industry. This investment ensures we can continue to provide the highest levels of service and support to our customers while also creating an inspiring workplace for our employees. We are excited about the opportunities this new facility brings and look forward to welcoming customers, partners, and the local business community to our new home.”
