The range of domestic boilers from ATAG is now being offered with an industry-leading 14-year warranty as part of the manufacturer’s ongoing commitment to produce technologically advanced heating equipment that’s built to last. The company’s scientists determined that by ensuring only high-end filters and water treatment packs are used in the installation of the boiler, the life of ATAG’s range boilers can be greatly extended.
The new 14-year warranty includes both parts and labour when annual servicing is completed by an ATAG Service Provider (ASP), a registered Gas Safe engineer that’s been trained by ATAG on how to fit its products. To unlock the extended warranty, ASPs need to bolt on additional equipment packages when they purchase via ATAG’s direct-to-installer distribution model. ATAG boilers are only sold to Gas Safe registered installers so they are all professionally installed and the brand retains its safety values.
An ATAG boiler has a 10 year warranty as standard. The additional packages are:
ATAG boiler + Adey Atom Filter = 11 year warranty
ATAG boiler + Adey Atom Filter + Water Treatment Pack (WTP) = 12 year warranty
ATAG boiler + Adey Atom Filter + Water Treatment Pack + One Zone controller = 14 year warranty
This step is the first in a pipeline of product and sales innovations led by new ATAG sales director David Stolton.
