Saniflo’s new range of grease traps and separators provides solutions for removing fats, oils and grease (FOG) from wastewater before it enters drainage systems, covering applications from mobile catering to large commercial kitchens.
The Sanigrease range comprises four series. The compact 24-litre T24 is designed for temporary and mobile applications and can be installed beneath a sink. The stainless steel T Series comprises four models for permanent under-sink installation, with capacities suited to kitchens serving up to 100 covers.
For larger commercial kitchens, the S Series offers five above-ground models, with total capacities ranging from 650 to 3,300 litres. Manufactured from recyclable polyethylene, the units are designed for ease of access and installation.
The underground SU Series comprises five models with capacities from 340 to 1,500 litres. Its rotomoulded polyethylene tanks feature integrated sludge traps and reinforced pedestrian-rated access covers, with optional alarm monitoring.
The range is designed to help commercial operators manage FOG and reduce the risk of drainage blockages, maintenance requirements and associated odours. Correctly specified grease traps can also help businesses meet requirements governing discharges into public sewers.
Applications include restaurants, hotels, and commercial kitchens, providing options for both above- and underground installation.
