Heating and hot water solutions manufacturer Navien UK has updated its Navien Choice loyalty programme with the launch of Navien Choice Plus.
The new programme aims to offer installers more opportunities to earn points in exchange for a variety of rewards. Following a four-tier membership system of silver, gold, platinum and diamond, installers can progress up the ladder based on the number of Navien products they install and register through the programme.
“We’re delighted to be launching this next generation of Navien Choice with Navien Choice Plus,” says Graham Parkes, commercial director. “We are continuously working with our loyal installers to listen and understand their needs and the needs of the industry.”
Current Navien Choice members will be automatically transferred over to the new programme effective 10 June 2024 and will be informed of which tier they qualify for, based on the updated criteria and number of units registered over the last 12 months.
“Through Navien Choice Plus, the more units installers register with us the higher they can climb,” adds Graham. “The higher they climb the more points they will get per unit. For example, installers who register less than five units per annum will sit within the silver tier and will receive 30 Navien Choice Plus points per NCB500 ON Combi Crossover unit installed and registered through the programme. In comparison, those who install more than 30 units per annum will sit within the diamond tier and will receive 70 points per unit for the same boiler.”
Each of the tiers offer additional benefits such as training through silver and above, the chance to win a trip of a lifetime through gold and above, and exclusive VIP access to Navien events for diamond members. For members in the platinum and diamond tiers, Navien Choice Plus points can also be exchanged for cash providing a great incentive for those installing and registering more Navien units.
As part of the programme, installers can exchange points they’ve earned for a variety of the latest gadgets and electronics such as DeWalt tool kits, a PlayStation 5, and 65” Samsung QLED 4K TVs, vouchers for leading high street stores such as John Lewis, luxury designer watches from Tag Heuer or even a holiday for the whole family to Disneyland Paris.
Qualifying products include Navien’s NCB700 ON and NCB500 ON Combi Crossover, NCB300 gas-powered combi boilers, its range of LCB700 oil-powered boilers and the NPE Water Heater.
