With the aim of building confidence across the low-carbon heating market, Ideal Heating has launched a lifetime warranty for its heat pumps.
Available exclusively on the company’s Logic Air heat pumps, when installed alongside an Ideal cylinder and Halo Air controls, the new proposition combines annual servicing, ongoing warranty and manufacturer support.
Homeowners will be able to sign up within six months of installation through a monthly subscription of £22.50, or an annual payment of £270, giving them access to ongoing technical throughout the life of their heating system.
Installers who prefer to retain the servicing relationship themselves can continue to do so through Ideal Heating’s Extended Warranty options, ensuring they remain in control of their customer relationships while benefiting from the reassurance of manufacturer-backed support.
