To celebrate 20 years of its Affinity Installer Loyalty Programme, Vokèra has launched an exciting new, year-long promotion which will give Affinity members the opportunity to earn enhanced loyalty points, alongside automatic entries into both monthly prize draws and a prestigious grand prize draw, to take place in February next year.
Each month, throughout 2026, participating installers can receive up to 20 entries per product registered, with 20 preloaded digital Mastercard prizes available to win, including a top monthly prize of £1,000. The first prize draw will take place in March 2026.
At the end of the promotional year, installers who qualify by registering 12 eligible installations during 2026 will go into the Grand Prize Draw, where 20 installers will win prizes, including a new Ford E-Transit Custom van as the top prize and nineteen preloaded digital Mastercard prizes.
To be eligible for the monthly draws, installers must be UK based and install and register a minimum of one qualifying Vokèra product from the following range: Vokèra Pinnacle, Vokèra Synergy, Vokèra Vibe MAX, Vokèra Easi-Heat i, and Riello NXHM Air Source Heat Pumps.

As part of this milestone celebration, Vokèra is also enhancing the Affinity platform with the introduction of Mastercard integration. From 2026, Silver-tier members and above will be able to convert their loyalty points into a preloaded digital Mastercard, offering great flexibility alongside existing voucher options.
Other benefits of the Affinity scheme include free Gas Safe notification, automatic warranty registration, and the ability to earn points with every qualifying product registration. These points can be redeemed via the Affinity platform for a wide range of reward vouchers, gift cards, and now digital Mastercard rewards.
