A new ‘in branch’ training initiative has been launched by Stelrad, targeted at installers who use the branch and staff who work in it. The new course follows on from the recently updated CPD presentations and has been put together to support customers and staff at branch level. These resources cover a broad spectrum of industry insights, business context and product knowledge.
The training sessions are designed to reinforce Stelrad’s USPs and free service messaging, to boost product understanding and resulting to build up-selling confidence, and to strengthen face-to-face engagement between branch staff and the Stelrad sales teams in their area.
Covering both Stelrad and Henrad radiator ranges, the presentations can be adapted to meet specific requirements of each branch where needed, concentrating on specific products where required and the training will be delivered by members of Stelrad’s growing Brand Specialists team.

Each presentation is around an hour long and can be tailored to suit experience and level needs. They are designed to be practical, engaging and to improve radiator knowledge to utilise in everyday activities within the branch.
