A new partnership programme has been launched by Stiebel Eltron to support installers in the transition to renewable heating solutions across the country. The support scheme is designed to address the specific needs of professionals at different levels, whether they are new to the industry or experienced veterans, providing them with the necessary resources to develop their expertise.

The Partner Programme includes a range of benefits to support installers, including training, technical advice and planning, access to an online B2B web shop which offers additional discount levels, and customer lead generation. Partners who join will have the opportunity to graduate from Installer partners to Professional Partners and ultimately to Specialist Partners, which offers the highest level of benefits. At each level tailored support and training is provided to help installers grow their expertise and progress their business to the next stage.

Those who have reached Professional Partner will be listed on Stiebel Eltron’s installer search platform and see their services recommended by the company to potential customers. As a Specialist Partner, installers will receive additional access to customer-focused events, repair training, access to a dedicated technical support team, and ongoing marketing support.

Mark McManus, MD of Stiebel Eltron UK, says: “If we’re going to see the UK transition towards renewable heating technologies, we’re going to need more qualified installers who are able to fit them. Our partner programme is all about supporting this, seeing us share our knowledge to enable installers to handle any project with confidence.

“It’s not just about providing them with the tools and expertise they need to understand the technology but about creating an environment where they have everything they need to succeed with ease. Not for nothing do installers say that working with us that they can save a day on an installation; everything we do is aimed at making heat pumps easy for installers and end users alike.”
