A new showroom has been opened by Cinergi, a Hampshire-based renewable energy installation company specialising in low-carbon heating solutions. The new showroom in Romsey is at the rear of the company’s premises and is designed to give homeowners the opportunity to see products firsthand and give customers expert, unbiased advice and guidance to help them make informed decisions for a sustainable and energy efficient future.
MD Dan Loveridge founded Cinergi five years ago and now employs a team of more than 40 people. He ssays: “We aim to bust a few myths with our showroom. For instance, it’s a common misconception that heat pumps are quite noisy and I want people to hear for themselves just how quiet they actually are.
“Customers will have the opportunity to inspect solar panels at ground level and compare battery storage and back-up power. There’ll be the chance to explore underfloor heating options that pair perfectly with heat pumps … and, having made a choice of radiators, feel how hot they get with a heat pump. We can also demonstrate how home chargers work for EVs, or electric vehicles. Overall, our aim is to instil confidence in people looking to make the transition to renewables.”
Cinergi operates across Hampshire, West Sussex, Surrey, Berkshire, Wiltshire, Dorset, Somerset and parts of Oxfordshire.
The new showroom was been officially opened by Caroline Nokes, MP for Romsey and North Southampton. Speaking at the event, she said: “Dan and his team have built a strong reputation locally for their work in renewable technologies, and it is encouraging to see a Romsey business recognised nationally for the standards it sets. As more households look at future heating and energy solutions, having that expertise available locally is incredibly valuable.”
