Hydronic solutions specialist Altecnic has officially opened its new headquarters, Francesco House, with a celebratory event held on Tuesday, 15th July 2025. The Stafford-based facility represents a significant step forward for the company in terms of sustainability and innovation.
Designed to prioritise efficiency and employee well-being, Francesco House is powered by renewable energy and built using sustainable materials, earning a BREEAM A-rating.
The event featured speeches from MD Gary Perry and Marco Caleffi (pictured above), owner of parent company Caleffi S.p.A., who highlighted the company’s dedication to sustainability, community engagement, and future growth. A ribbon-cutting ceremony, led by Agnese Caleffi, added a personal touch to the proceedings.
Guests were invited to explore Francesco House through guided tours of the 128,146 sq ft facility, gaining insight into the operations, warehousing, and office spaces designed with both sustainability and employee well-being in mind.
The tours also featured the newly opened Altecnic training facility, which included interactive product displays of a range of core products, such as Thermostatic Radiator Valves (TRVs), Heat Interface Units (HIUs), and Thermostatic Mixing Valves (TMVs). This new facility highlights Altecnic’s commitment to training and levelling-up the industry, further supported by the ever-growing array of CIBSE Accredited CPDs available on the ‘Altecnic Academy’.
The event also marked the start of Altecnic’s Open House Week, offering customers additional opportunities to explore the facility and participate in training sessions.
