The Bathroom Showroom at City Plumbing has launched online bathroom consultations, so installers’ customers can now get the bathroom they want from the comfort of their own homes.
The consultations take about 45 minutes and the trained designer will produce all the plans and 3D designs customers need. The consultation, plans and 3D design are all free of charge.
The Bathroom Showroom also offers face-to-face consultations in-branch – at pre-arranged appointment times throughout its 250 showrooms in the UK. All face-to-face consultations are conducted using social distancing and hygiene measures.
MD Steve Smith says: “The goal of The Bathroom Showroom is to help installers to sell to their customers, freeing up their time so that they can concentrate on increasing their bathroom sales. Online consultations and face to face consultations in branches are another value service that installers can offer to their customers.”
