To celebrate the 20th anniversary of its Affinity Installer Loyalty Programme, Vokèra has announced the launch of its biggest ever promotion. The year-long initiative, ‘Affinity 20’, begins on January 1st 2026, and will offer uplifted points for eligible product registrations as well as entries into the monthly prize draws and the grand draw at the end of the promotion.
The Vokèra Affinity scheme is designed to reward installers who register Vokèra products by providing them with tools and benefits that support their business and save time, including free Gas Safe notification and automatic warranty registration. Each qualifying product registration earns Affinity points, which can be exchanged for reward vouchers and gift cards via the Affinity platform. The scheme is free to join and is open to Gas Safe registered heating installers and non-Gas Safe heat pump installers who are Affinity members.
From the beginning of next year, Silver tier members and above will have the opportunity to convert loyalty points into a preloaded digital Mastercard, providing an alternative to the standard vouchers currently available. Members will be entered into a monthly draw with every qualifying product registration, offering between one and 20 chances to win one of twenty preloaded digital Mastercard prizes, with a top prize of £1,000. At the end of the promotional year, installers who qualify by registering 12 eligible installations during 2026 will go into the Grand Prize Draw, where 20 installers will win prizes, including a new Ford E-Transit Custom van as the top prize and nineteen preloaded digital Mastercard prizes.
