Offering an alternative to centralised heating is the new MS6 compact stored water heater from Redring. The compact 6 litre design means that it is suitable for supplying a single basin in light commercial premises, but can also be used in domestic situations.
The unit’s neat design does not affect performance, with the MS6’s Incoloy heating element and whirlflow water flow enabling fast heating and a controllable operating water temperature of up to 75ºC.
Described as robust and easy to install, the MS6 features a single welded line on the inner steel tank for strength and glass coating to combat corrosion, with a blue enamel coating for the water inlet and outlet connectors. The product incorporates CFC-free polyurethane insulation, reducing heat losses, and has an operating water pressure range of 0.2 to 8 bar.
Peace of mind
For safety and peace of mind, the water heaters are fitted with a multifunctional safety valve and a thermal cut out function. They also carry a ‘C’ rating for energy efficiency. Typical light commercial applications include sports club changing rooms or church hall kitchens.
