MHS Radiators has provided 160 Multisec radiators for 98 two and three bedroom luxury apartments Royal Sutton Place in Sutton Coldfield. The new radiators were fitted as part of an extensive renovation of the building, which was formerly The Royal Hotel, last May. Contractors MVS Mechanical Services Ltd installed the products in line with the specification from project consultants Cundall.
Explaining the reasons for specifying MHS Radiators, Stuart Hawkes, Senior Mechanical Engineer at Cundall, says: “Multisec radiators were chosen as they are in keeping with the historic nature of the building, possessing the same style and look as their surroundings. The project warranted a high quality radiator that blended in with the décor while producing excellent levels of heat. The Multisec was the perfect fit.”
