A new Renewables Centre has been opened by City Plumbing Supplies as part of its existing Carmarthen branch. The Centre was launched with an open day for trade customers with Councillor Wyn Thomas, the Deputy Mayor of Carmarthen, cutting the ribbon. The event was supported by the attendance of product suppliers Nibe, Daikin, Grant, Cloudbrook and Renson, who were on-hand to discuss a broad range of renewable technologies, from heat pumps and biomass to new innovations such as demand controlled ventilation units.
The facility will provide installers with a dedicated resource for expert advice alongside a wide choice of products. As well as being chosen to support the wider customer base in Wales, Carmarthen was identified as an ideal location due to the high proportion of off-grid properties.
