Customers of Ideal Heating could look forward to an unforgettable adventure in two years time as the company launches Premier Club 2026. Installers who enrol for the incentive through Ideal’s Connect platform earn points for product registrations ranging from Logic boilers to smart controls and hot water cylinders.

Every two years, the manufacturer takes installers on the trip of a lifetime and in May this year more than 250 installers visited Dubai for an action-packed five days. Activities included a yacht cruise, a sky pool experience, a round of golf at the renowned Dubai Creek course and a trip to the iconic Burj Khalifa skyscraper.

Luke Pykett, head of marketing at Ideal Heating, comments: “We’re delighted to announce that Premier Club 2026 is now open and we’re already working hard to make sure it will be yet another amazing experience. This time, we’re giving installers even longer to collect points and qualify. We want to give as many people as possible the chance to join us, and that’s why Premier Club 2026 features our longest ever qualification period.”

Premier Club points can be collected by installing a wide range of Ideal products. New for 2026 qualification, installers will gain 20 points for every Logic Air heat pump they fit, as well as 20 points for Ideal’s new HP290 heat pump. Installing a Logic +, Logic Max, Vogue or Vogue Max boiler is worth 10 points, as is fitting a Gledhill Stainless Lite Plus hot water cylinder. Ideal boilers with a five-year warranty are worth five points, with two points on offer for every Halo Combi RF and WiFi smart thermostat fitted.

Installers who have joined Ideal Heating on previous Premier Club trips will also receive a loyalty points boost, based on how many trips they have been on.

The destination and dates for the 2026 are expected to be announced in the coming months.
