Abode has supplied its Pronteau PT1130 Prothia Monobloc Swan 3 IN 1 boiling water taps to Imperial Court, a new five-storey residential development in Slough by Langham Homes. Installed in all 55 apartments, the taps provide domestic hot and cold water, along with 98°C instant boiling water from a single spout. The chrome-finish model was selected to complement the development’s open-plan kitchen design. The taps are supported by the Proboil.2X boiler unit, which allows for simple, toolless installation within standard kitchen base units.
Fully compliant with Part G (3) of UK building regulations, the Pronteau range was chosen for its ease of use, safety features, and suitability for modern living. Abode’s products align with the project’s focus on convenience and durability.
