A new marketing campaign has been launched by Resideo to highlight how making small heating control upgrades could lead to a noticeable impact on future energy bills. The ‘Mighty Impact’ campaign is aimed at raising awareness with installers about the wide range of heating control products that could help to reduce a customer’s heating costs this winter.

A recent survey commissioned by the company revealed that almost 50% of UK homeowners would be willing to spend money on the latest heating controls if it meant they could save money in the long term. Resideo says that upgrading manual radiator valves and a mechanical thermostat with TRVs and a Honeywell Home evohome smart zoning thermostat (with OpenTherm bridge and HR92 TRVs) would result in annual savings of up to 32%*.

Martin Wilson, sales director at Resideo, explains the significance of the heating season campaign: “We are entering into the busiest season for installers at a time when everyone’s budgets are under pressure. Therefore, we wanted to create a standout campaign that clearly shows the impact our great value products can have on reducing energy bills. Our focus is always on supporting the installer to meet their customers’ needs.”
