A suite of training videos has been launched by Vokèra to support installers working with its flagship Pinnacle boiler range. Available on the company’s official YouTube channel and presented by technical trainer David Iszchak, the ‘how to’ tutorials cover key stages of installation, set-up and user features.
The series of 15 videos covers topics such as gas type conversion, range rating, pump cycle adjustment and condensate record settings, reinforcing Vokèra’s ongoing focus on installer support, from initial installation to on-going servicing.
A key feature of the Pinnacle range is its ultra-wide 1:13 modulation ratio, enabling the boiler to match output to demand, reducing cycling, lowering energy consumption, and maintaining more consistent indoor temperatures. Soft-start ramping logic further supports performance by beginning operation at a lower output, gradually increasing with demand. This reduces strain on components, prevents temperature overshoot and maintains stable performance, ideally suited to typical UK heating patterns.
Active Combustion Control (ACC) uses adaptive electronic combustion technology to ensure consistent, efficient operation by automatically adjusting the air-to-gas ratio, even where gas quality may vary.
