The airHome 800 HeatForce wall-mounted air conditioning system from Hitachi Cooling & Heating is a new generation product for residential applications. The range is available in single- and multi-split configurations and uses R32 refrigerant, with capacities ranging from 2.5 to 5kW.
The system is rated A+++ for both heating and cooling, with a seasonal energy efficiency ratio of up to 9.50 and a seasonal coefficient of performance of up to 5.20. It is designed to provide heating at outdoor temperatures down to -15°C and continue operating at temperatures as low as -20°C, supported by Constant Power technology.
Air quality functions include FrostWash technology for cleaning the heat exchanger, an ioniser, an antivirus filter and a Mold Guard function. Noise levels can be as low as 21 dB(A), depending on the model and operating conditions.
Smart control made simple
With built-in Wi-Fi connectivity, users can manage their airHome 800 system remotely via the airCloud Go app on smartphone, tablet or PC. The system is fully compatible with Google Home and Amazon Alexa, enabling effortless voice control. A smart geofencing function ensures the unit adapts automatically to the user’s location, while the supplied LED-backlit remote control provides quick access to all core settings, including temperature, fan speed, operating mode and airflow direction.
