Designed to offer a space-saving solution for water control in high-rise buildings, the Tenant Valve Plus from RWC combines several functions into a single compact unit. These functions include an isolating ball valve, a pressure reducing valve with strainer, a double check valve, a patented dual reading pressure gauge that shows upstream and downstream pressures and optional connection points for water meters. It also comes with a moulded insulation case.
The latest version of the valve includes enhancements to the pressure gauge, enabling readings to be taken at any orientation. An adaptor is also now available for connecting Class D water meters, joining the existing optional connection point for Class A meters.
