Heating controls manufacturer Drayton, part of Schneider Electric, is on a festive mission to find its ‘Three Wiser Men’ with the launch of a special online quiz and Christmas giveaway. Installers are invited to take part in a special general knowledge quiz, featuring installer-related topics and a handful of questions about the company’s latest launch, Wiser.
Three Wiser goodie bags are up for grabs, containing prizes such as a Wiser t-shirt, pen, ice scraper, thermal mug, mini torch, beanie hat, re-usable shopping bag and more. To enter, installers must take the quiz, then share their score on Twitter via the ‘Share Your Result’ tab, using the hashtag #ThreeWiserMen and tagging @DraytonHeating. The 10 question quiz is only available for one week and the winners will be randomly selected from those with the highest score.
Wiser allows homeowners to remotely control heating from wherever they are, via a simple smartphone app. The system features a new smart radiator thermostat, which can be used to create up to 16 specific heating zones within the home. The thermostats feature a ‘twist top boost’ feature that allows users to boost heat in individual rooms using the TRV head, and devices can be purchased individually giving homeowners the option to expand their system over time. Wiser is also compatible with voice control systems, including Amazon Alexa.
