The Worcester website has been enhanced to include a mobile-friendly web presence, developed to provide a variety of useful tools and resources, including an ErP label generator.

The new website will give installers a free, simple-to-use online tool to assist with the production of an energy efficiency label for heating systems comprising multiple products. Installers need to either select the Worcester products being fitted, or input the performance data of other manufacturers’ products, to produce a label which can be saved, printed, or emailed to their customers.

The site is also optimised for smartphone use, making it responsive for those installers wishing to use it as a go-to resource for all product details, technical assistance, and contact information both during and between jobs.

With a comprehensive catalogue of videos, installers can familiarise themselves with a number of technical procedures with ease. There is also a troubleshoot tool for homeowners and videos on Worcester’s range of controls, where installers can direct their customers during the handover process.

Martyn Bridges, Director of Marketing and Technical Support at Worcester, comments: “We recognised the need to develop a new website which is capable of being an invaluable tool for installers and their customers on a daily basis. Our new ErP label generator is typical of a wider catalogue of useful resources which can be used just as well on-the-go as they can from the office.

“While research tells us that a growing number of installers are visiting our website on their smartphones during the working day, there is also demand amongst their customers for simple troubleshooting advice, which may prove invaluable should they encounter any performance issues with their heating and hot water.

“Installers can expect to see our website evolve over time as we ensure it can always be relied upon as a first port of call for all manner of information relating to our products and services as well as wider industry developments.”
