Warmflow is offering customers a £500 discount on the first Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) qualifying sign-off for its new Zeno R290 air source heat pump when purchased through its Heat Pump Assist + scheme. The offer is valid for purchases made between 1 June and 1 September 2025.
Heat Pump Assist+ supports non-MCS accredited installers in entering the heat pump market. The partnership between Warmflow and Microgeneration Support Services (MSS) allows installers to carry out MCS-compliant installations, making homeowners eligible for grants like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme. MSS provides design, documentation and commissioning support, easing the accreditation burden.
The discount applies to customers who buy Warmflow’s new Zeno R290 air source heat pump in partnership with MSS and use the company’s MCS umbrella scheme. To claim the offer, customers must contact Warmflow’s sales office (01952 607750), provide purchase details, and quote the code ‘MCS500’. A renewables sales manager will then assist with the application process.
In addition to the Heat Pump Assist+ programme, Warmflow offers free air source heat pump training to empower installers with the necessary knowledge and skills. This training complements the support provided by MSS, ensuring that installers are well-equipped to deliver high-quality, MCS-compliant installations.
Designed for the UK and Irish markets, the Zeno R290 is available in three single-phase models with output capacities of 9, 15 and 22kW. It features a compact, durable design with an anthracite grey finish intended to withstand various weather conditions. The system includes Warmflow’s WarmLink app, which allows remote diagnostic and control functions via a cloud-based platform, aiding both installers and homeowners with system management.
As an MCS-certified product, the Zeno R290 is eligible for government grants in England, Scotland and Wales, with Warmflow and MSS offering MCS-assisted sign-off to help ensure compliance and ease access to funding for homeowners.
The £500 discount is limited to the first MCS qualifying sign-off per customer, only available on the full Zeno R290 pack models (K1, K2, K3, K4, and K5).
