Optima is the name of Abode’s new fluted Belfast sink made from granite that reinterprets the traditional Belfast design. The sink features a fluted apron front that adds texture and depth, offering a modern alternative to smooth ceramic versions. It is reversible, allowing installation with either the fluted or smooth side facing outward.
Offering a modern interpretation of an 18th century design classic, Optima is available in four matt colours to help customers move away from traditional white gloss models. Suited for today’s most popular interior styles, Optima is perfect in traditional and modern-Shaker kitchen schemes, which are known for their matte painted finish. Despite its depth, it weighs under 20kg, making it lighter than typical ceramic Belfast sinks.
The model includes a slimline rinse and overflow system that provides additional functionality without reducing bowl space. It is supplied with stainless steel fittings compatible with standard waste disposal units. A range of optional accessories, such as a prep board, colander, and rollable drying rack, are available to complement the sink.
