DuraFlush is a flushing technology developed by Duravit for use in toilets, beginning with the ME by Starck Hero Edition wall-mounted toilet. It employs a rotary flush system that distributes water evenly throughout the bowl to achieve thorough cleaning while using reduced water volumes. Depending on the setting, the flush operates at either 1.2/0.8 or 1.1/0.5 gallons per flush, equivalent to 4.5/3 or 4/2 litres.
The toilet features an optimised rimless ceramic bowl designed to guide the flow of water efficiently across the entire surface. This design helps to limit the build-up of residues, making the bowl easier to clean and maintain.
The flush is described as splash-free, providing consistent performance even with lower water use. The whisper-quiet flushing action makes it possible for the whole household to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep uninterrupted.
