Aira has introduced the Aira Power range, completing its Aira Home Energy System. The new additions, the Aira Power Hub and Aira Power Store, are designed to work with solar panels and the existing Aira Heat Pump to form a connected system for generating, storing and managing home energy.
The Aira Power Store functions as the system’s battery, storing solar or low-cost grid electricity for later use. The Aira Power Hub serves as the inverter, converting and distributing energy around the home. Together, they help to optimise energy flow between the grid, battery, solar panels and heat pump. The system’s modular design is intended to make it adaptable to a variety of households.
The products operate through Aira Intelligence, which manages real-time optimisation of household energy use. It incorporates predictive weather and solar data, smart tariff integration and hot water management. Users can monitor performance, generation and consumption through the Aira Home Energy app.
Peter Prem, Aira group CEO, comments: “The launch of our complete home energy system marks a major milestone for Aira, as we unlock lower bills for millions with monthly energy bills savings of over 90%. By expanding our vertically integrated model into home energy, we are giving households the tools to generate, store and manage clean power efficiently. Clean home energy solutions are pivotal to Europe’s economic resilience, social well-being and energy independence. Every household that makes the switch becomes part of a bigger movement, driving decarbonisation and the much-needed clean energy transition forward.”
Aira designs, installs and supports the system through its vertically integrated model, providing financing options and guarantees of up to 15 years. The company states that this approach aims to simplify what has traditionally been a fragmented home energy market while helping users reduce costs and reliance on the electricity grid.
