Installers are being offered greater rewards and incentives to register with Daikin’s Sustainable Home Network, designed to support the professional trades on their renewables journey. The upgraded programme offers immediate rewards and benefits from the moment installers join – with new members receiving a major discount on their first order through a Sustainable Home Centre, providing substantial cost savings from day one.

The rewards scheme centres around the Business Rewards Fund (BRF), which allows installers to accumulate bonuses every time they register an installation warranty through Daikin’s Stand By Me system. These funds can be spent on an extensive range of tools, vouchers, merchandise, co-branded marketing materials and business growth activities, providing installers with tangible benefits that directly support their business development.

Training is also a fundamental aspect of the programme, and members have free access to Daikin Product Installation and Commissioning Training, plus complimentary Service and Fault Finding courses. Members also receive a £100 discount on MCS accreditation, helping to reduce the barriers to achieving professional certification. In addition, the programme includes opportunities for installers to visit Daikin factories alongside their dedicated business development managers, providing unprecedented insight into the manufacturing processes behind the products they install.

Technical support is another key focus, with members benefiting from priority access to Daikin’s technical helpdesk and expert commissioning support whenever needed. The Heating Hub provides ongoing advice and assistance, while system design software and Daikin apps ensure installers have the tools they need for successful installations. Free commissioning support is provided for initial installations, helping new installers build confidence and competence.

To become a recognised Daikin Sustainable Home Installer, new members must first complete one of the company’s product installation training courses, available at Daikin training centres or local Sustainable Home Centres. The, after completing three installations, one with commissioning assistance visit from a Daikin service specialist, installers unlock significant business benefits including listing on Daikin’s installer locator and access to homeowner leads through the lead management tool. At this point, they can begin accruing bonuses into their Business Rewards Fund for each new installation warranty registered.

For those seeking advanced expertise, the pathway continues to Sustainable Home Expert status upon achieving MCS Certification and completing an advanced installation and commissioning training course, plus one installation with commissioning support. Sustainable Home Experts earn higher BRF bonuses and maintain their status by registering ten Daikin heat pump installations annually, creating a clear progression that rewards both skill development and business growth.

Giulia Kapp, head of communications & marketing, comments: “Our programme provides installers with the comprehensive support, training and rewards they need to capitalise on this growing market while building sustainable, profitable businesses. By offering expanded rewards and earlier access to benefits, we’re making the network even more accessible to a wide range of HVAC professionals, while ensuring customers receive the highest quality installations.”

The enhanced Sustainable Home Network is now open for new members, with existing members automatically receiving access to the expanded benefits. For more information please visit: www.daikin.co.uk/shn
