As Breast Cancer Awareness Month begins for the month of October, Showerwall will be donating £10 from every sale of an acrylic panel that features the colour pink to the Pink Ribbon Foundation.
With 18 pink designs in the Acrylic Collection, Showerwall hopes to raise much needed money for UK charities that support people living with or affected by breast cancer, and also those involved in further research, early detection, and treatment of the disease.
In addition to the Pink Ribbon Foundation partnership, Showerwall will also help to educate people about the importance of regular ‘self-checks’ in the shower, via a social media campaign. This campaign will be further supported by Instagram influencers who will share their experiences having been directly impacted by breast cancer.
John Bagshaw, Showerwall’s MD, says: ”The Pink Ribbon Foundation is an amazing charity which offers incredible care and support for those suffering from breast cancer. We are so pleased to be partnering with them, and through our social media channels we will also be educating women on the importance of carrying out regular ‘self-checks’ whilst in the shower.”
Donations from product sales will be made on all pink collection purchases from the 1st of October until the end of the year.
