Described as the first of its kind, a new intelligent heating network system has been launched by Altecnic which enables remote commissioning, network interrogation and fault diagnosis.
The Guru Integrate SATK32 is the result of a partnership between Altecnic and Guru Systems, experts in hardware and data analytics. It combines Altecnic’s heat interface unit, the SATK32 Indirect eHIU, with Guru’s Hub III Core hardware, which is able to capture detailed data for both metering and billing purposes, as well as enabling advanced heat network performance management.
Faster and more reliable commissioning is possible through remote confi guration, reducing the amount of time and resource required on site and the need for engineers to perform regular remedial work.
Over time, the Guru Integrate SATK32 also supports the decarbonisation of networks by allowing operators to reduce heat network temperature and adjust the HIU parameters accordingly.
