Sheffield-based plumber Nigel Kay is celebrating being the winner of Ideal Heating’s golden boiler giveaway. Nigel, who has been in the trade for nearly 40 years, was surprised to find the golden wrap when unboxing a new Logic boiler, signifying it as the winning free-0f-charge five-millionth Logic boiler.
“When I opened the box and saw the golden wrapping, I couldn’t believe it!” says Nigel. “It’s not every day you find a golden boiler.”
Nigel, who has been self-employed since 2005, adds: “Ideal boilers are reliable, easy to install, and well-priced. They’ve always been a big part of my work.”
Luke Pykett, head of marketing at Ideal Heating, says: “The golden boiler giveaway was a key part of our 5 million celebration, turning the milestone into an exciting national treasure hunt to mark the incredible success of the Logic range.
