Plumbers in Bradford receive the most positive feedback from customers, while those in Leicester get the most hate, according to new analysis from careers expert, StandOut CV.

The study of over 780,000 online customer service reviews found that after Bradford, plumbers in Canterbury and, next, Lichfield are most likely to see good comments from their customers.

On the other hand, Leicester’s plumbers received the highest percentage of negative comments, followed by London, and Salford.

This year, the Institute of Customer Service revealed that the UK has seen the highest number of customer complaints since records began. There is a customer service crisis affecting all industries, but there are some cities bucking the trend where plumbers are delivering the best customer service in the country.

On average 37.6% of reviews left for plumbers contained comments of praise, with Bradford leading the way with 55.2% of its reviews containing positive comments from customers relating to the business’ customer service.
